I receive some emails from the readers telling that when trying to process a purchase via iTunes, they keep on getting a message saying that “We could not complete your iTunes store request, an unknown error occurred (-42408). This was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later”. But the problem is that, even though they have tried several times later, same code -42408 messages appear. What is up and how to solve iTunes error code -42408 easily?

To get rid of iTunes error code -42408, first you have to make sure that the iTunes program on your computer has been updated to the latest one. However, if it persists even though you are running the latest iTunes version, you should check the drivers that you recently installed on the computer and try uninstalling to see whether the problem solves.
